How far ahead should we book?
Most couples come to us twelve to eighteen months before the day. For wedding-day coordination, three months is enough, and elopements can be planned in six weeks.
Do you work outside our area?
Yes. We plan weddings across the country and abroad, mostly in Italy, France, Spain and Greece, and visit every venue in person before you sign.
Can we keep our own suppliers?
Of course. We happily work with the photographer or band you already love, and suggest trusted names for the rest.
How does payment work?
A deposit secures your date, then the planning fee is split into three payments. The last one is due a month before the wedding.
What does the first consultation cost?
Nothing. It is a relaxed hour, in our studio or on a video call, to talk about your day and see if we are the right fit.
Do you plan smaller weddings?
Yes. Elopements and weddings for up to forty guests are some of our favourite days, and we have a package just for them.
Will our planner be there on the day?
Always. Your planner and at least one coordinator are on site from the first delivery to the last song.
Do you plan parties too?
Yes: engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, vow renewals and anniversaries, for couples we plan with and new ones.
