The Orangery at Ashcombe

A Georgian glasshouse in walled gardens, with a ceremony under the vines and dinner beneath the glass.

Built in 1790 to grow lemons for the house, the Orangery is now one of the most romantic wedding rooms in the south west. Tall arched windows face a walled garden of roses and old vines, where most of our couples say their vows.

Dinner is served under the glass roof, and the dancing moves to the stone terrace as the sun goes down. Twelve bedrooms in the main house keep your closest guests close.
